The current CIA membership term is January 2025 – December 2026.
Membership dues are $150 USD for the two-year membership period. Renewing your membership ensures you remain an active member of the Collegium Internationale Allergologicum and continue to receive Society communications and participate in CIA activities, including the Biennial Symposium.
Support the Alain L. de Weck Travel Grant Fund
When renewing your membership, please consider making a donation to the Alain L. de Weck Travel Grant Fund.
Your donation provides essential financial support to early-career scientists attending the CIA Biennial Symposium by helping offset registration, travel, and accommodation expenses. Priority is given to young scientists from low- and middle-income countries, underrepresented groups, and applicants with highly ranked abstracts.
Every contribution directly supports the next generation of allergy and immunology researchers.
Membership Information
- Current membership term: January 2025 – December 2026
- Membership dues: $150 USD per two-year term
- Membership dues are payable every two years.
- Members who do not pay their dues for more than three years may be removed from membership by the CIA Council.
- Corresponding Membership is available to retired CIA members in good standing.
Membership Nominations
Regular Membership in the CIA is by invitation only and is subject to approval by the CIA Council. CIA maintains a limited membership to foster a highly interactive, collaborative, and interdisciplinary scientific community.
Current CIA members are encouraged to nominate outstanding scientists who have demonstrated significant and sustained achievements in basic and/or clinical allergy research. Nominees are expected to have presented at least one scientific communication at a CIA General Meeting.
