2027 Symposium

I am delighted to invite you all to the 35th Biennial Symposium of the Collegium Internationale Allergologicum, which will take place in Catania, Italy.

Since its founding in 1954, the Collegium has provided a forum for researchers from around the world to present their original work and engage in open, constructive discussions about allergy and immunology. Our Biennial Symposium embodies this tradition, with a single scientific program designed to encourage broad participation and meaningful exchanges among attendees from diverse but related fields.

Catania, located on the eastern coast of Sicily under the imposing peaks of Mount Etna, offers a setting shaped by a vibrant academic and cultural history. Long known as “la citta’ del sapere” (the city of knowledge), Catania has served as a premiere intellectual hub for the Mediterranean basin throughout the centuries, and thus will provide an inspiring backdrop for our scientific discussions and informal interactions – of which there will surely be many. The venue, placed as it is right on the sea and close (but not too close) to the town center, will serve as an ideal venue for our Symposium and a nimble launching pad for all our activities.
