Named after the distinguished academic allergist and leader of the Collegium for several decades, the Alain L. de Weck Travel Grants provide essential funds for young scientists to attend the Biennial Symposium. Alain L. de Weck Travel Grants will be available for those that may find it difficult to afford the travel and registration costs associated with attending the meeting. CIA will waive the registration fee and provide travel stipends to travel grant awardees. 

Application Requirements:

Candidates must submit an abstract for oral or poster presentation, complete the online application form and provide:

• A short letter of application, including the reasons for applying.
• A copy of their abstract.
• A letter of recommendation from a supervisor, mentor or colleague who is a current member of CIA.
• A copy of their Curriculum Vitae.
