Registration Rates

All prices are listed in US Dollars.
 
*Junior Regular Attendee: The Collegium is offering a highly discounted registration rate to any attendee age 40 or under who is attending the Biennial Symposium for the first time.

Included in Registration Fee

•    All Scientific Sessions
•    Daily lunch at the Valamar Lacroma
•    Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks
•    Poster Receptions on Tuesday, 28 October and Wednesday, 29 October
•    Welcome Reception on Monday, 27 October
•    Gala Dinner on Thursday, 30 October

The Guest Registration rate includes lunches, the Welcome Reception, Poster Receptions, and the Gala Dinner.

Optional Old Town Dubrovnik Tour: $75

4:00 pm - 7:30 pm
Maximum of 4 guests per attendee.

Interested participants can add this optional tour when completing their registration.

Alain L. de Weck Travel Grants

During the registration process, you will be asked to consider donating to the Alain L. de Weck Travel Grant Fund. Grants will be awarded to attendees in order to assist with the cost of traveling to the 34th Biennial Symposium. CIA will waive the registration fee and provide travel stipends. Individual stipend amounts will vary and be based on geographic region, with the understanding that funds are limited.

Cancellation Policy

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@ciaweb.org by 15 September 2025. A $100.00 processing fee will be charged for all refunds. Refunds will not be given for requests received after 15 September 2025. No shows, early departures and postponed arrivals will not be reimbursed.
