Welcome to the website of the Collegium Internationale Allergologicum! Excellence in science and in clinical investigation was the principle that inspired the founder members who started the Collegium in 1954. The Collegium has maintained its characteristic of being the forum for the best scientists in allergy and clinical immunology during the last half century.

The Collegium is a vibrant scientific association that is not burdened by the bureaucracy that besets many international scientific societies nowadays. From its foundation, the Collegium has been truly international including the best scientists in allergy and clinical immunology from nearly all continents. However, the membership remains limited and by invitation in order to keep the scientific meeting collegial and interactive. The meetings are open to basic and clinical scientists and to researchers from the academic and pharmaceutical sphere. These interactions are encouraged and are mutually productive.

From the beginning, the Collegium paid special attention to recruiting promising young scientists to foster the discipline of allergy and clinical immunology.

Attractive features of our biannual meetings are the social events, which favor a friendly and interactive atmosphere. Combining excellence in science within a friendly environment is a fundamental characteristic of the Collegium.
